I tried using the website and it just started getting on my nerves fast. Pages were loading slowly, and I kept thinking maybe it was my phone or my connection, but no, it just felt clunky. I only wanted to check normal stuff like sizes and shipping details, and somehow I was clicking around way more than I should’ve had to.

The menu on my phone felt kind of all over the place, and then my cart was being weird too, which was the point where I was like, okay, I’m done. I didn’t even finish ordering because it just didn’t feel worth dealing with. Not the smooth shopping experience I was hoping for.

Customer service was awful. I emailed them a few times. Replies took forever. And they still didn’t answer my question. It felt like they stopped caring once I placed my order. I won’t shop there again

I was looking for a christening outfit and ended up browsing way longer than I planned, honestly. They have a really cute selection of baby clothes, lots of sweet little details like lace, soft colors, and tiny buttons that made it hard to decide. I think I had a cup of coffee sitting next to me that went completely cold while I was comparing outfits. I do wish there were a few more sale options, but overall the selection was really nice and fun to look through.

Once I saw the designs in person, they just weren’t for me. They felt a bit outdated and too busy for what I usually like, so the overall style wasn’t what I was expecting...

The outfit is really cute, so I wanted to love it, but am I the only one who expected the fabric to be softer? It just didn’t feel that gentle on my baby’s skin, especially for the price. I washed it hoping it would soften up, but it still felt a little stiff. Kind of disappointing

I was a little nervous about spending the money at first, but the outfit looked so lovely in person. The fabric is soft, the details are really nice, and it doesn’t feel cheap at all. For a special baby outfit, I’d say it’s worth it...

It looked really cute when I first got it, like really cute, but the stitching started coming loose after just a few washes. Kind of disappointing because I wanted to love it.

I was hoping to give this as a gift, the packaging looked too cheap and not really presentable. I’d definitely need to rewrap it or put it in something nicer first.

I liked the personalization options overall, and the designs were cute. I was ordering while sitting at my kitchen table with coffee, so maybe I was being extra picky, but I really wished there were more font choices. What they had was fine, just not quite as flexible as I hoped

The only small thing was that the tracking didn’t update as clearly as I would’ve liked, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was for a bit. But overall, I’m happy with how fast it got here...

I had to send something back for an exchange, and while it did take a bit longer than I expected, it all worked out in the end. I think I started the return sometime around the beginning of the month, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the process itself was easy and I got the replacement without any real hassle.

I ordered my baby’s usual size and this fit really nicely. It wasn’t too tight or too baggy, just kind of right. Really happy with it.
